Project Manager

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate with stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Utilize strong leadership and problem-solving skills to manage project teams, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies, while maintaining a focus on safety and client satisfaction.
Commissioning Manager

Lead the commissioning process for data center facilities, overseeing testing, validation, and documentation to ensure optimal performance and compliance with design specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and project managers to develop and execute commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures.

Provide expertise in integrated systems testing, deficiency resolution, and safety oversight, while delivering regular progress reports to project stakeholders and ensuring seamless integration of data center systems.
Project Scheduler

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software, incorporating all project activities, milestones, and dependencies to facilitate efficient project execution.

Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project schedules with overall project objectives and timelines.
